As part of Operation Spring clean – Stockport Council’s campaign to make Stockport a brighter, cleaner borough – the Garden Force team from the Council’s Employment Services has lent its expertise to a 'grot-spot' in Reddish.

The Team worked with the Council's Street Cleansing team to tidy up this passage way which was one of the first 'grot-spots' to be reported and then cleaned as part of Operation Spring clean.

The Garden Force project is organised by the Council’s Employment Services – part of Social Services. The aim of the project is to complement the already existing Park Rangers Services in and around Stockport and to enable people with physical and learning disabilities to develop and improve new and existing skills in the world of horticulture
